About the event
Welcome to this year's Family Campout at Clearwater College.
We are excited to host you for a relaxing and fun weekend of visiting with old and new friends. If you have not attended before, it is a beautiful site tucked away west of Caroline, Alberta. Please see our schedule of events for a great line up of activities, or just relax in the shade!
To facilitate planning for the weekend, please select your registration fee, accommodation choices and meal options. Day Use guests please remit the registration fee to cover costs. Thank you.
Registration deadline: We ask that you please register online by by July 18 2025. This is so that the College can know how much food to purchase, and so that we are able to plan events. Last minute registrations are available without food options.

Camp Fee goes towards offsetting some costs for the activities, facility use, and camp speaker, etc. We ask that all registered guests and Saturday attendees please chose one of these options. Thank you for helping us out with this.

Meal Options
These are optional catered meals provided by Clearwater College. No prep or clean - up volunteers required! Saturday will be pancakes, sausages and fruit, Sunday will be French Toast, ham and fruit. These will be served at 8:30am in the cafeteria. Ticket required and must be purchased by July 18, 2025. No refunds on meals after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

RV - Unserviced Site 1 night
There is lots of room to randomly park your RV in the area south of the office. Parking attendants will be available to assist.

Located on the grounds to the south of the campus buildings.

The sites by the pond have power only. There are 5 available. They are located to the west of the office on the grass. There is a sani dump site at the other powered location on the driveway.

Office Dorm Rooms - 1 night
These rooms have one Queen bed, and come with linens. They are located up the stairs above the office.
